  The company not only survived but grew its business despite the pandemic. It opened a new outlet in Taman Amban- gan Height, Sungai Petani in May this year. Both centres carry the Prowheels signage.
“Our headquarters in Sungai Lalang is very spacious with 10 service bays while          altogether, including 13 mechanics (10 in the headquarters and three at the new branch). We hope to open more outlets in the future.”
Firdaus takes pride in following the 3S centre concept and customer-centric ap- proach. “Unlike the traditional automotive service centre that is dirty and has no proper waiting area, our centres are clean        room with comfortable sofas and TVs. We believe that our customers would appreciate a pleasant and child-friendly waiting environment to work on their lap- tops, read magazines or books while their cars are being attended to. Good custom- er service is very important as it creates a positive experience that not only retain customers but also increase referrals.”
