JS Auto Services– Dedication to Quality
One would never fail to notice JS Auto Services Sdn Bhd from a distance. The eye-catching signage with the white lettering of Lassa Tyres against the striking red has successfully grabbed the attention of the passers-by.
Located at Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, JS Auto Services has been carrying the signage since July, 2018. “My family has been in the tyre retailing business for more than 20 years. 7 years ago, I returned home after living abroad and joined my brother in tyre business,” said Director Tan Jee Koon.
The relationship between JS Auto Services and Lassa Tyres, he continued, started 8 years ago.
“It was a pretty new concept at that time, and the Malaysian market wasn’t quite ready for it. We have been selling Lassa tyres since then. Lassa tyres are well-known for their quality, and this is proven with their extremely low claim rates. Further- more, they are covered by 9 years warranty against manufac- turing defects based on the purchase date, which we believe is the longest that one can be found in the local market. Actions speak louder than words, and if a manufacture dares to provide a warranty for their products which exceeds the others, it shows us to carry Lassa’s signage for our JS Auto Services Sunway outlet.”
Tan admitted that when they initially started selling the brand, it was quite challenging. Although Lassa is a leading brand in Turkey and other European countries, it was then quite a new brand in Malaysia.
