When asked about how to in- crease the trust level of the con- sumer in the online tyre purchas- ing process, he said, there is no guarantee that lowering prices will increase sales. “Setting prices too low might sometimes create fear in the consumer that the quality of the product is poor. The majority of the consumers look for value and not just the lowest price. Brand perception is important as it shows the consumer who you are the mo- ment that he or she visits your site. Thus, with the design of your web- site it should be easy for custom-       - ucts that they are looking for and should not be taken lightly. Secure payment method, seamless inte- gration of online purchases and    - plaints that comes to your inbox with sincerity are some of the ways that a company can increase the trust level of consumers.”
