This, he explained, not only enabled consumers to check the instal- lation date, mileage and warranty period but also for the company to track and make claims on the battery warranty for customers. Additionally, with the app, he pointed out that it could be determined whether the battery was distributed by Kian Heng or an imitation product.
The event turned out to be an evening full of laughter, delicious food and friendship. Lucky draw sessions were held to spice up the night.
