ASF Autocare & Tyre: Webmax Cloud-Based Car Workshop Solution Easy and Quick
Penang-based ASF Autocare & Tyre has been using Webmax cloud-based car workshop solu- tion for more than one year.
“We are a wholesaler for Lubrex lubricant distributed by Prowheels Distributor Malaysia. The system was given to us as a gift in recognition of our good sales performance,” said founder Mohd Faizal Mokhtar.

Managing multiple branches was also made easy, he said, thanks to the Webmax solution. He shared that the system supported multi-store management and all data input could be managed in one place (headquar- ters) and synchronised to all the branches.
“Sales transactions from branches are updated to the headquarters’ database. I could view the stock on- hand quantity of all the branches from any store and devices because Webmax is a cloud-based solution. That means, I could access the data at anytime, an- ywhere through a computer, laptop, iPad, iPhone or Android mobile phone to ensure real-time visibility into all facets of my business,” he added.
Faizal praised the stability of the system, saying that it helped the company run its daily operation without disruption. “We had bad experiences with our previous system; it hung suddenly while printing invoices and we had to ask our customer to wait. This never happen after the deployment of the Webmax system.”
