According to Yu, Klinikar.com aims to become the largest car care platform in South-East Asia within the next 10 years. However, the company aims to do this not by competing on price, but by providing a plethora of value-added services.
“We approach the market with honesty,” he says. “We make clear to our customers that we are not the cheapest, but we provide additional services and valuable advice to the consum- er. We also take care to search for quality partner workshops across Malaysia.
Our key area of focus is always on the customer’s experience,” he added. “We assist the customer in choosing products that are a lot of time helping to educate the customer, helping them to save on tyres so that they can then re-invest their savings on es- sential maintenance. Customers like this approach, and we are building a loyal customer base because of it.”
