The X-Elite Series is Engineered under ZC Rubber’s X-Tech System
ZC Rubber has officially introduced the X-Elite Series truck tyres, a product line specifically engineered to meet the needs of Southeast Asian market. The product line made its debut at the Southeast Asia Dealer Conference & X-Tech Seminar in Singapore, March 11th, 2025.
The X-Elite Series is engineered under ZC Rubber’s proprietary X-Tech System, which integrates state-of-the-art materials, structural enhancements, and cutting-edge digital manufacturing technologies. Developed through more than six decades of tyre expertise, the system notably improves durability, fuel efficiency, and safety.
Key innovations within the X-Tech System include the X-Tech Hybrid Formula (X-Tech HF), the X-Tech PSCT+, and the X-Tech Manufacturing (X-Tech MF). The X-Tech HF enhances wear resistance and fuel efficiency, extending overall tyre performance and longevity. The X-Tech PSCT+ improves grip, reduces noise, and ensures superior driving stability on diverse terrains. Meanwhile, the X-Tech Manufacturing (X-Tech MF) leverages precision-driven digital manufacturing powered by 5G technology for consistent quality and optimized vulcanization.
According to ZC Rubber‘s official release, tyres developed using X-Tech achieve a 15% increase in mileage, a 3L reduction in fuel consumption per 100km, a 10°C decrease in sidewall temperature, a 10% increase in tire casing strength, a 15% increase in wet grip, and noise output of 69dB(A).
Specially Designed for Southeast Asia
The X-Elite Series is built to withstand the demanding road conditions and operational requirements of Southeast Asia. The lineup is categorized into two main series: High Mileage and Overloading, each tailored for different transportation needs.
The High Mileage Series is designed for long-haul efficiency and durability. It includes the X-Traveler SL90, SL91, and SL90, the X-Drivelite DL50, and the X-Explorer ZA70 and ZA70LT.
The X-Traveler ensures safety, extended tread life, and precise handling for long-distance transport. The X-Drivelite is optimized for strong traction and enhanced mileage in long-haul applications. The X-Explorer, the versatile tyre, is adaptable for highways, national roads, and regional routes.
The Overloading Series is engineered for extreme loads and challenging terrains. It features the X-Loadhero ZM30, which is designed for rough roads and unpaved routes, ensuring exceptional load-bearing capacity and safety for heavy transport, and the X-Minestar ZE10, which is built for mining and off-road applications.
The introduction of the X-Elite Series highlights ZC Rubber’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of commercial tyre technology.
