Hankook Tire Malaysia Organises First TBR Seminar
Hankook Tire Malaysia recently organised an exclusive for its local TBR dealers.
Held on 13th September at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur, this new initiative was aimed at re-connecting with all Hankook’s TBR deal- ers from the central, northern and southern regions. Seventeen participants attended the seminar that focused on sharing infor- mation and the direction of Hankook product updates.
The topics covered included TBR Original Equipment (OE) Busi- ness Status presented by Hankook TBR Manager William Yew, Hankook TBR product overview and positioning and TBR tyres in Malaysia by Dongjun Shin, and Return Basic (Tyre Claim Pro- cess) by Hankook Technical Support Manager Nicholas Ng.
Shin, Hankook Tire Malaysia said, was from the Marketing Strategy Team of Hankook Tire Regional Headquarter in In- donesia as well as being in charge of Hankook TBR tyres in Southeast Asia. The company invited him to be one of the speakers in the seminar.
“The majority of the participants said the seminar gave them a break from the day-to-day operation and a fresh look at the long- term perspective of developing their business. They expressed their appreciation to us for hosting this event that gathered them under one big Hankook family, which allowed them to communi- cate with Hankook Tire Malaysia face to face after the Covid-19 lockdown nationwide.
