In 2005, he continued, the company bought a warehouse and embarked on passenger cars and light truck tyres, as well as expanding to sport rims wholesales business.

The safety of our customers, he stressed, is the compa- ny’s top priority. “Our team will always do our utmost to assist our customer to solve their vehicle problems and strive to do our best to meet customer’s requirements.”
Wall of Fame
Over the years, Sinwufu has received numerous awards and recognition for its performance, including various top tyre brand distributor awards yearly. Last year, he said, the company was proud to be the winner of the Super Golden Bull Award 2020 - the most coveted cate- gory of the Golden Bull Awards. The Golden Bull Award, he pointed out, is a business award for small and me- dium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia and which recog- nises businesses that contribute to economic prosperity through strength and growth. It has been presented an- nually since 2003.
“There was a total of 785 nominees, and we were the only one out of the ten to win the award last year. Win- ning the Golden Bull Award reminded me of all the hard work that I went through with my fellow team members throughout these 30 years. It also reminds me of the Chinese saying, to ‘work like a bull’ to describe a time of hard work.”
In addition to the Super Golden Bull Award, the company also won the SME 100 Fast Moving Companies Award Top 10 and the SME 100 CTOS Credit Excellence Award in 2020. The achievements of Yap and Tee were recog- nised, as they were selected and included in the Brit- ishpedia Encyclopedia 2020, under the title ‘Successful People in Malaysia’ with the text published by the British Publishing House (BPH).
