Nexen Tire Exchange Warranty Programme Launched
HT Performance Tyre Sdn Bhd, the distributor of Korean brand Nexen Tire in Malaysia, recently launched its warranty programme to provide consum- - dence while driving.
Covering invoices dated from 1st March 2020 to 30th September 2020, the Nexen Tire Exchange warranty programme protects Malaysian consumers from irreparable dam- age caused by road hazards resulting in tyre punctures, tyre cuts and tyre bulges. Tyre damage caused by vehicle collisions, van- dalism, misuse of intentional mishandling,
To enjoy the warranty coverage, newly purchased tyres must be registered online at www.hoof.com/NexenEx- change within 1 week from the date of purchase. The Nexen Exchange warranty is valid within 6 months from the date of purchase, and applies only to four tyre pat- terns – N’Priz AH5, N’Blue HD Plus, N’Fera SU1 and N’Fera RU1. If all the above conditions are met, the consumer is entitled to make eligible claims for one-to- one tyre replacement.
When claiming, the customer is required to show the orig- where the tyre was originally purchased when present- ing the damaged tyre. If the damaged tyre meets all the terms and conditions of Nexen Exchange, the customer will get a new Nexen tyre of the same size and same pattern. Labour charges shall be borne by the customer.
The company adds that Nexen Tire (Malaysia) reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
HT Performance Tyre is a subsidiary of Johor Bahru based HT Group. Founded in 1953 as a small tyre shop, industries. They distribute a wide range of automotive products including tyres, automotive parts, automotive batteries and lubricants. Apart from that, they also pro- vide car maintenance and repairs at their 10 retail outlets.
The Group also owns a Bridgestone Truck Tyre Centre (BTTC) in Johor.
