Apollo Tyres Malaysia con- tinues to invest in semi- nars and on the training of its dealers, with an aim to equip them with up-to-date prod- uct knowledge and information on market trends, as well as soft and technical skills. The company believes that investing in dealer- ship seminars and training will increase dealers’ knowledge, sat- isfaction, engagement and loyalty.
Last year, Apollo Tyres Malaysia successfully organised a Taiping Tyre Training event on 7th Sep- tember and a Swee Seng Sem- inar on 26th September. Both events received good response from the dealers.
“The team spirit of our dealers and their sub-dealers has great- ly increased,” said Victor Siew, General Manager, Apollo Tyres Malaysia. “We could see that they are motivated and we have created a vibe of ‘We are One Family’. The respective seminar and training sessions were also perfect occasions for us as well as our business partners – Taip- ing Tyre and Swee Seng shar- ing the knowledge about Apol- lo Tyres with their sub-dealers whilst enjoying mouth-watering delicacies and drinks.”
