As for the Local Supply and Commer- cial Collaboration Agreement (LSCCA), it was signed by Hardeep Singh as the CEO of PLMM for Petronas and wit- nessed by Gan Kher Yang, General Manager Sales B2C. Proton’s signee was Tuan Haji Hamizan Osman, Senior Director Procurement of Proton, with the witness being the same.
