Motul to Partner Nissan and NISMO
Motul, the lubricant of choice for many top sports prototype and GT teams at the 24 Championship (WEC).
- MO was developed and built in North America in close co-operation with Motul. The LM P1 Hybrid will use Motul lubricants for the gearbox and en- gine.
President of the Management Board at Motul, Hervé Amelot, said: “We are extremely happy and proud to be returning to the top class of competition at Le Mans. What’s more it’s with Nissan Nismo, maintaining the excellent working relationship we have had together for the last 11 years and with whom we share a culture of innovation and ingenu- are proof of that. We can’t wait to see the Nissan - audières at full speed!”

A world leading motorsport lubricant specialist, Motul’s successful technical relationship with Nis- victory added to the seven achieved over the last 11 years with both factory and private teams com- peting in Super GT.
Motul had an even more historical association with the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Since 1954, the iconic Motul logo was seen on more than 200 cars that enjoyed success at La Sarthe. The most recent vic- torious technical partners were Greaves Motorsport in 2011 and JOTA Sport in 2014, both in the LMP2
