MATRDS Announces New Office Bearers
The Malaysian Association of Tyre Retreaders & Dealers Societies (MATRDS) held its official 30th committee members’ (2021-2022) inauguration ceremony and Chinese New Year celebration dinner at the Oriental Pavilion Jaya 33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor on 12th February 2022.
The event was well attended by representatives from the state tyre associations, suppliers, guests and media.
“The tyre industry must keep pace with the times. To improve the competitiveness and technology of tyre servicing centres, MATRDS has decided to enhance member training in different states. MATRDS Skills Training Education Team will provide active support to the state associations, including render assistance in applying relevant training funds,” said the newly elected Chairman Tee Tau during the event.
Two years have passed since the onset of Covid-19, he continued, and with the beginning of the new year, the Malaysian tyre industry is still full of changes. Therefore, he urged the members to stay persistent to overcome the pandemic crisis together…..

马来西亚轮胎联合会第30届就职典礼及新春团拜晚宴
马来西亚轮胎复新暨代理同业公会联合会（MATRDS）于2022年2月12日假雪兰莪州八打灵再也Jaya 33的大港城酒家举行第30届新届理事会（2021-2022）就职典礼及新春大团拜晚宴。
新届会长郑道表示：“轮胎行业必须与时并进。为了提高轮胎维修中心的竞争力和技术，总会决定加强各州会员培训工作。我们鼓励州会拟定会员培训课程，总会培训组将会参与并给予配合及协助，包括在申请培训基金方面提供援助。”
他继续说，自冠病爆发以来已经两年了。新的一年新的开始，马来西亚轮胎行业仍然充满着变数。因此，他敦促成员们坚持不懈，共同克服冠病大流行的危机……..
