Grand and Entertaining Gala night for Apollo Tyres Business Partners
More than 200 tyre distributors, dealers and business associates recently enjoyed a grand and entertaining Apollo Tyres Business Partner Conference and Gala Dinner 2018 at the 5-star Royale Chulan Damansara hotel in Petaling Jaya.
The gala dinner organised by Apollo Tyres (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd entertained guests with fun games, live music performances and lucky draws. Among the notable guests was Apollo Tyres Ltd group head (Asean Region) Shubhro Ghosh. Exclusive Apollo awards were given to distributors and dealers (top sales as well as Platinum- and Million-Dollar awards).
The following morning, Apollo Tyres (Malaysia) held a Business Partner Conference, the highlights of which included fun soccer games, autograph signing sessions and photos with former Red Devils defender Wes Brown during a Manchester United Legend Meet-and-Greet Session. Apollo Tyres is the official Global Tyre Partner for this globally recognised soccer club.
The company headquartered in Gurgaon, India is an international tyre manufacturer with production units in India, Hungary and the Netherlands. Brown, a five-time Premier League winner with Manchester United (MU), was very obliging in posing for photos with fans, autographed MU jerseys and showed off some fine soccer skills.
Apollo Tyres (Malaysia) also briefed its business partners about the company’s upcoming marketing support programmes as well as new products.
In the afternoon, a second session of the Manchester United Legend Meet-and-Greet Session was held and Brown met 100 selected MU fans from all over Malaysia. He participated sportingly in question-and-answer sessions, autograph signings and again posed for photos with fans. There were also quizzes and games in which winners walked away with exclusive Apollo and MU giveaways.
Since starting operations in Malaysia in 2016, Apollo Tyres has established a strong distribution channel throughout the country and forged strong ties with its business partners.
In Malaysia, Apollo Tyres has a one-year Unconditional Warranty (UCW) for its entire passenger car tyre range that covers tyre damage, including accidental damage or impact breaks, for better peace of mind. This UCW complements an existing five-year basic manufacturer’s warranty.
Locally, Apollo Tyres is primarily selling its 4G range of passenger car tyres that were designed and developed at the company’s Global R&D Centre in the Netherlands. The company imports from its manufacturing facilities in India and the Netherlands the full range of passenger car and commercial vehicle tyres for its fast-growing consumer base in Malaysia.
It is aiming for a sizeable growth in Malaysia as it continues to expand its product offering and channels in this market in addition to brand building activities.

有趣的游戏、精彩的现场音乐表演及幸运抽奖是阿波罗轮胎（马来西亚）私人有限公司所主办的盛筵重点节目。嘉宾有阿波罗轮胎有限公司（亚洲区）集团负责人苏巴鲁（Shubhro Ghosh）。阿波罗也将最佳销售奖、白金奖及百万奖颁发给表现杰出的经销商和代理。
第二天早上，阿波罗轮胎（马来西亚）主办了一个商业伙伴研讨会，其中包括曼联传奇人物－－前红魔球员维斯●布朗见面会，与偶像一同玩趣味无穷的足球游戏，还能取得他的亲笔签名，并与他合照。阿波罗轮胎是该全球领先俱乐部的全球轮胎伙伴。
