Hankook Tire Malaysia successfully organised a training session for its dealers recently at the Melaka Garden Hotel. The trainings attracted 31 dealers from Melaka, Muar, Gemas and Senawang.

Specially designed for workshop owners, technicians and mechanics, the training covered sales skill, product, road safety, tyre technical knowledge and warranty. The general feedback from the participating companies – Automotive Specialist, JS Jaya, Kai Xuan, Koh Brother, NS Tyre, Soon Seng, Ta Thong and TY Tyre – were described as positive as it helped them to be better equipped in soft skills and technical know-how as well as gain a deeper understanding of the tyre warranty.
According to the company, after the training in Melaka, it would continue to hold different training sessions across Malaysia.

大马韩泰轮胎近日在马六甲花园酒店（Garden Hotel）举办了代理培训，成功吸引了31 名来自马六甲、麻坡、Gemas及Senawang的代理。
该培训主要是针对修车厂业主和技术人员所设计，内容包含销售技能、产品、公路安全、轮胎知识及保修。参与该培训的Automotive Specialist、JS Jaya、Kai Xuan、Koh Brothers、NS Tyre、Soon Seng、Ta Thong及TY Tyre 公司代表都认为该培训让他们拥有更好的软技能和技术知识装备，以及更了解该公司的轮胎保修政策，对他们助益良多。
据韩泰表示，在马六甲的培训后，他们会继续在全马各地主办代理培训课程。
