Stamford Tyres Unveils New Falken TBR Tyres at PMLOA 30th Anniversary Celebration
STM was the gold sponsor for the event that was well attended by more than 800 people from the trucking industry all over Malaysia. It had a booth at the exhibition that was held before dinner and took the opportunity to introduce Falken’s latest TBR patterns RI150 and RI151 to fleet owners.
STM’s sales and marketing team were on hand to provide more information about these two new patterns. Joining them were Cham Soon Kian, CEO of STM, as well as Satoru Ushida, Managing Director of Sumitomo Rubber Asia (Tyre) Pte Ltd, who came from Singapore.
“We are very excited to publicly introduce the RI150 and RI151 for the first time. Visitors who came to our booth were equally excited about these two new products, which are manufactured in Japan. These tyres are produced using Sumitomo Rubber Industries’ cutting edge proprietary 4D Nano Design Technology that results in improved traction, wear life and mileage while significantly reducing rolling resistance. Currently the RI150 is available in 11R22.5 and the RI151 in 295/80R22.5, but there are plans to add more sizes in the future,” said Cham.
Cham added that in the current challenging and competitive business environment, Falken tyres provided the best value money solution for fleet owners with its good quality as well as retreadibilty.
STM is the sole distributor of Falken tyres in Malaysia.
