Newera Introduces Onodani’s Fully Automatic Truck Tyre Changer
The company’s Profoot TB-881 RS tyre changer is claimed to be the world’s first completely automatic tyre changer for truck and bus tyres. The machine, which was demonstrated during the show as part of the technical workshop programme, determines the precise diameter and width of the specific wheel. Then just a push of a button allows the tyre to be removed or fitted completely automatically according to the information fed into the sequencer installed inside the machine. This sequencer has systematised information on the optimal conditions for the smooth replacement of tyres, enabling precise fitting and removal of tyres.
