ZC Rubber‘s partnership with BYD highlights the company’s commitment to enhancing eco-friendly transportation

Chaoyang’s EV Tyres Are Engineered to Optimise the Driving Experience by Reducing Noises and Improving Safety

ZC Rubber‘s Chaoyang tyres have been selected as the original equipment (OE) for BYD’s newly launched hybrid models, the Qin L DM-i and the Seal 06 DM-i in sizes 225/50R18 and 225/55R17.

This partnership highlights ZC Rubber’s commitment to enhancing eco-friendly transportation technologies with its high-performance tyre solutions.

The OE fitment with BYD’s hybrid models comes as both the Qin L DM-i and Seal 06 DM-i continue to attract global attention with their advanced features and impressive sustainability metrics.

The fifth-generation Dual Mode (DM-i) hybrid technology of these vehicles, complemented by ZC Rubber’s Chaoyang SU318a+, sets new standards in fuel efficiency and performance in the hybrid vehicle market.

The Chaoyang SU318a+ is engineered to optimise the driving experience, featuring multi-pitch pattern blocks that effectively reduce road noise and a Silica-enhanced tread compound for superior wet traction and safety.

These tyres support the Qin L DM-i’s engine thermal efficiency of 46.06 per cent and fuel consumption as low as 2.9 litres per 100 kilometres, contributing to a total driving range of up to 2,100 kilometres on a full charge and tank—demonstrating the synergy between BYD’s vehicle design and ZC Rubber’s tyre technology.

ZC Rubber has now established a strong reputation in the new energy vehicle sector, providing tailored products and services to major automotive brands such as BYD, Geely, Changan, Chery, Great Wall, Neta, Seres, and Leapmotor. This underscores ZC Rubber’s dedication to supporting the progression of sustainable automotive technologies.

Through its ongoing partnership with BYD, ZC Rubber continues to deliver high-quality, performance-oriented tyre solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern, eco-conscious consumers, reinforcing its position in the global tyre industry.
