The Vredestein Quatrac Classic combines Apollo Tyres‘ technology with a profound understanding of classic car heritage.
The Vredestein Quatrac Classic Will Be Availabe from Q2 2025
Apollo Tyres has launched the Vredestein Quatrac Classic, a premium all-season tyre specially crafted for classic cars. According to Apollo Tyres‘ official statement, the tyre “combines timeless looks with modern structure and materials for superior standards of year-round grip and traction.”
The Vredestein Quatrac Classic was developed by Apollo Tyres‘ global R&D team in the Netherlands. Its low weight and low noise ensure comfort for drivers, while the directional tread pattern with “evacuation slots” to resist aquaplaning provides safety. In addition, the advanced, full-silica tread compound delivers assured road holding in all conditions, including ice and snow, as certified by the “Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake” mark embossed on the sidewall.

Available from Q2 2025, the Quatrac Classic will initially be available in two of the sizes most often found on winter season classic cars used year-round. The 185/70 R15 89 V size option is ideal for popular classics such as the Triumph TR4/5, Volkswagen Beetle, pre-1990 Porsche 911, and Volvo Amazon. Meanwhile, the narrower 125 R15 68 S is ideal for Citroën models including the Méhari, Dyane, and 2CV.
