The Continental AllSeasonContact 2 Is Suitable for a Wide Variety of Cars and SUVs

The German car magazine Auto Bild has described the Continental AllSeasonContact 2 as “exemplary” in its latest issue.

According to Auto Bild‘s experts, the tyre offers a balanced performance level with excellent performance on snow and ice, short braking distances, good grip, and sporty and safe handling on wet roads.

A total of 37 mid-range tyre products from European, Asian and American manufacturers were tested in the 225/50 R 17 size.

In the wet test, aquaplaning and aquaplaning in curves, braking, handling, and turning were tested. In the dry test, they tested braking, handling, and overtaking noise.

The wet and dry tests were conducted at the “Wachauring” in Austria. Meanwhile, the snow tests for braking, handling, traction, and slalom took the editors to wintry New Zealand.

Last year, Continental launched the AllSeasonContact 2, its best all-season tyre that offers even better handling and shorter braking distances on dry and wet roads than its predecessor. It is suitable for a wide variety of cars and SUVs, regardless of their drive type.

Continental has significantly improved the performance of the AllSeasonContact 2 compared to its predecessor while reducing rolling resistance without compromising safety.

When developing the AllSeasonContact 2, Continental took into account the needs of vehicles with all types of drive systems and its performance values make the tyre an efficient all-weather solution for vehicles with all types of drive.
