Shah Alam-based Kratos Sdn Bhd has been in collaboration with Qingdao Hengda Tyre Co, Ltd since 2019.
Kratos OTR Tyres Attract Industry Attention
The two companies met at the Tyrexpo Asia exhibition in Singapore, which led to today’s vibrant and sustainable business relationship.
“Qingdao Hengda Tyre is one of the major tyre manufacturers in China and was established in 1994. The company offers a comprehensive product portfolio of OTR, industrial, agricultural, mining, port machinery, military, speciality tyres and truck bias tyres, with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. To date, Hengda has seven product series and more than 200 tyre patterns,” said Stephen Zhou, Chairman, Qindao Hengda Tyre.
In December 2017, the company was acquired by Hong Chi tyre factory. Currently, he said, Hengda factory ran three shifts with 400 employees, producing 80,000 to one million tyres per month. Sixty per cent of its output caters to the export market while 40 per cent is for domestic demand. Kratos Off-the-Road (OTR) tyres, he shared, were manufactured by the company……

Kratos携手恒达轮胎拓展工程轮胎市场
总部位于沙亚南的 Kratos私人有限公司自2019 年以来就一直与青岛恒达轮胎有限公司合作。两家公司在新加坡亚洲轮胎展（ Tyrexpo Asia） 的展会上相遇，促成了今天充满活力和可持续的业务关系。
青岛恒达轮胎董事长周晓辉表示：“青岛恒达轮胎是中国主要的轮胎制造商之一，成立于1994年，是一家集工程机械、工业、农业、矿山、港口机械、军用、特种轮胎和卡车斜交轮胎等产品于一体的生产企业，拥有超过20年的制造经验。截至目前，恒达拥有七大产品系列和200多种轮胎花纹。”
2017年12月，该公司被宏驰轮胎厂收购。他说，目前恒达工厂实行三班制，有400名员工，每月生产8万至100万条轮胎。出口占了该公司总产量的60%，国内销售则占了其余的40%。他透露，Kratos工程轮胎(OTR)就是由该公司所制造的…….
